Refund policy

Eligible Returns. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be in the same condition it was received: No new damage, tears, or spine stress. No missing inserts, price tags, or packaging (if applicable). Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. For sealed or graded comics (CGC, CBCS, etc.), returns are only accepted if: The item arrives different than described or damaged in shipping.

Non-Returnable Items Opened mystery boxes, blind packs, or grab bags. Comics sold as “as-is,” “clearance,” or “damaged.”

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders. If your comic arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund (including return shipping if it’s our mistake).

Refund Process. Refunds issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
